Your project will be personally handled by me from start to finish. I’ll work directly with you through onboarding, discovery, planning, design, development, and launch, providing consistent communication and attention at every stage. You won’t be passed between departments or multiple team members—you’ll have one dedicated point of contact who understands your goals and your project.

Once we’ve approved your content, copy, images, sitemap, and project plan, and your deposit has been received, I’ll begin working on your project right away. I currently take on one client project at a time, allowing me to give your website my full attention throughout the design and development process. As I continue building the WebDevDesign portfolio, this focused approach helps ensure every project receives personalized service, consistent communication, and careful attention from planning through launch.

Most 5–10 page WordPress websites take approximately 2–4 weeks to design, build, test, and launch once all approved content and materials have been received. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of your project and how quickly revisions are approved. If you’re working with a tighter deadline, let me know during our Discovery process. Rush projects may be available depending on my current schedule and project requirements, and may include an additional rush fee.

Timely feedback helps keep your project on schedule. I’ll provide clear deadlines for reviewing designs, content, and revisions throughout the process. If feedback is delayed, your original completion or launch date may need to be adjusted. Extended delays may require the project to be rescheduled based on my availability. Don’t worry if something unexpected comes up—just communicate with me as soon as possible, and we’ll work together to establish a revised timeline.

During the Discovery phase, I’ll work with you to understand your business, audience, goals, services, and what you want your website to accomplish. I’ll need your approved website copy, logo and branding guidelines, images or photography, contact information, service details, and any existing marketing materials that may help guide the project. I may also ask for examples of websites you like and access to existing website or hosting accounts when necessary. Providing these materials early helps us establish a clear sitemap, visual direction, and project plan before the build begins.

The best projects are built through clear communication, preparation, and collaboration. To help make your project successful, come prepared with clear goals, provide requested content and materials on time, and give thoughtful feedback throughout the process. In return, I’ll keep you informed, provide guidance when needed, and manage your project carefully from Discovery through launch. When we both stay engaged, communicate openly, and meet agreed-upon deadlines, we give your project the strongest foundation for a successful outcome.

Getting started is easy. Simply contact me through the website and tell me a little about your business, project, goals, and what services you’re interested in. We’ll schedule an initial Discovery conversation to make sure we’re a good fit and discuss your project needs, timeline, and budget. If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll provide a project proposal and agreement. Once the agreement is signed and your deposit is received, your project is officially booked and we’ll begin the onboarding and Discovery process.

Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope, size, functionality, and services your project requires. During our Discovery process, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, timeline, and what you actually need—without adding services that don’t provide value to your project. Once the scope is clearly defined, I’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the deliverables and project cost before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden fees—just clear expectations from the start.

Yes. I offer flexible milestone-based payment options depending on the size and scope of your project. Most projects require an initial deposit to reserve your project and begin the Discovery and planning process, with the remaining balance due at agreed-upon project milestones. Larger projects may be divided into additional payments when appropriate. Your complete payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your proposal before we begin, so you’ll always know what is due and when.
